Ernesto Melgar Campos is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio office, specializing in industrial investment sales. He advises private investors, property owners and owner-users on the acquisition and disposition of warehouse properties, distribution facilities and other industrial assets throughout San Antonio, El Paso, Laredo, McAllen, Harlingen, Brownsville and Corpus Christi.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022, Ernesto has completed 14 transactions totaling more than $41 million in sales. He helps clients make confident decisions through market-driven guidance, strategic negotiation and disciplined transaction execution, positioning them to achieve their long-term investment goals.
