Erik Enstad

Erik Enstad specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant medical office buildings in the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado. Erik re-located from the Marcus & Millichap Chicago office.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Erik was in the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry for 17 years. Erik attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned his B.A. in Business/Communications and was a member of the varsity swim team. In his spare time Erik enjoys competing in triathlons, skiing, bow hunting, fly-fishing, along with Colorado’s many outdoor activities.
