Eric Wagner

Eric Wagner specializes in the acquisition and disposition of market rate and affordable multifamily assets in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Mr. Wagner’s daily mission is to support clients by engineering innovative solutions designed to meet their objectives today and in the future. Whether it involves multifamily acquisition or disposition, complex management advisory services or capital markets debt structuring, Eric excels in his ability to find creative solutions for complex obstacles.
Mr. Wagner began his career at Marcus & Millichap through its SIP (sales internship) Program, while studying real estate and finance at Marquette University in 2018. In 2019 he transitioned into Marcus & Millichap’s Muti Housing Division as an associate broker. Since then, Eric have a combined sales record of $200,000,000.
