Eric Myers

Eric Myers is an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Net Lease Division, working with owners and investors of single-tenant retail properties across the country. He specializes in assets including fast food properties, drugstores, gas stations, and car washes, helping clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions whether they are buying, selling, or pursuing a 1031 exchange.
Eric is recognized for his client-focused approach and ability to simplify complex information. He works to make investment concepts, market trends, lease structures, and transaction strategies easy to understand, helping clients feel confident throughout the process regardless of their experience level. His priority is building trust and providing meaningful guidance well before a transaction takes place.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Eric gained meaningful experience as a paralegal, where he strengthened his skills in client service, communication, organization, and problem-solving while working through complex matters and managing client needs. During his education he competed as a member of the Track & Field team at Claremont McKenna College, where he developed the discipline, consistency, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his professional approach.
