Ed Gamble is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Minneapolis office, specializing in single-tenant net-leased and automotive service investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment properties nationwide, providing strategic guidance backed by market analysis and firsthand investment experience.

Gamble brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate through his background as both a residential and commercial real estate agent, as well as an active real estate investor across multiple states. Having lived and worked in New York, Maryland and Florida before establishing his home base in Minnesota, he offers clients a broad understanding of diverse real estate markets and investment strategies. His experience on both the transaction and ownership sides of real estate enables him to identify opportunities, evaluate risk and negotiate with an investor's mindset.
