Dustin B. Wilmer

Dustin B. Wilmer is First Vice President of Investments and Partner of The Danny Group at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office. He specializes in the marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, and Campgrounds Nationwide. Wilmer attributes a large portion of his understanding of the intricacies of Mobile Home & RV Parks to his longstanding mentorship from Douglas Danny - the Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap National Manufactured Housing Group since its inception & Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office.

At the beginning of his career, Dustin received Marcus & Millichap's Pace Setter & Rising Star Awards. He has since achieved the firm's Sales Recognition Award in 2021-2024, and the National Achievement Award in 2024. In the trailing 48 months, Dustin has successfully sold over 5,000 Mobile Home and RV Sites, providing his clients with an excess of $500 Million and counting, with over 1.3B in MH & RV Park sales in his career. Dustin is currently one of the Top Manufactured Housing & RV Resort Sales Associates at Marcus & Millichap Nationwide and holds the record for highest price per site MHC ever to sell in history.

Originally from Maryland, Dustin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University in 2008, holds Real Estate Licenses in California and Nevada, and currently working towards achieving his California Brokers License and CCIM Designation. He has developed strong interpersonal, sales, and leadership skills through his extensive management background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his 12-year-old daughter, Madilyn and their German Shepherd, Odin. He also enjoys reading, camping, and playing the guitar. Dustin has an established work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for building long-term relationships. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
