Dustin B. Wilmer

Dustin B. Wilmer is Managing Director and Partner of The Wilmer & Danny Group at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office. He specializes in the marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, and Campgrounds Nationwide. Wilmer attributes a large portion of his understanding of the intricacies of Mobile Home & RV Parks to his longstanding mentorship from Douglas Danny - the Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap National Manufactured Housing Group since its inception & Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office.

At the beginning of his career, Dustin received Marcus & Millichap's Pace Setter & Rising Star Awards. He has since achieved the firm's Sales Recognition Award in 2021-2025, and the National Achievement Award in 2024. In his career, Dustin has successfully sold over 295 Mobile Home and RV Parks amassing nearly 30,000 Sites, providing his clients with an excess of $1.6 Billion and counting. In 2024, Wilmer & Douglas Danny exclusively listed and sold the Point Dume Club of Malibu representing the highest price per site Manufactured Housing Community ever to sell in history for $200M+. Dustin is currently one of the Top Manufactured Housing & RV Resort Sales Associates at Marcus & Millichap Nationwide.

Originally from Maryland, Dustin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University in 2008, holds Real Estate Licenses in California and Nevada. He has developed strong interpersonal, sales, and leadership skills through his extensive management background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his 13-year-old daughter, Madilyn and their German Shepherd, Odin. He also enjoys reading, camping, and playing the guitar. Dustin has an established work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for building long-term relationships. Wilmer is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
