Duke Dennis

Duke Dennis is responsible for managing client relationships, along with placing debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Dennis joined Marcus Millichap Capital Corporation in 2020, as part of the firm's acquisition of Metropolitan Capital Advisors where he was employed since 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Dennis was an Appraiser at Butler Burgher Group where he prepared appraisals for multifamily, retail, office, and student housing properties.

Mr. Dennis holds both a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in real estate from Texas A&M. During his time as a student, Mr. Dennis worked as a consultant for Real Property Analytics, a private real estate firm providing valuation analysis of complex real estate assignments for Exxon, Oncor and the Puget Sound Port Authority. Mr. Dennis is an active member of the Texas A&M Real Estate Network, Texas Real Estate Council, Texas Self Storage Association and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
