Drew Kile

Drew Kile is an Executive Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap, serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Over the course of his 21 years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated the closing of transactions valued at more than $30 Billion.

Mr. Kile and his partners lead the Institutional Property Advisors multifamily team that has responsibility for Texas and the surrounding states with his primary focus being the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Over the last five years, the DFW IPA team closed over 220 multifamily sales valued at $14.7 Billion.

Prior to his role with IPA, Mr. Kile has served in both brokerage and management capacities within Marcus & Millichap. He has been honored with numerous national sales achievement awards as a broker, and in his past role as a regional manager, he opened the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007.

Mr. Kile holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is a co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s DFW Multifamly Council, serves on the Executive Council of the TCU Center for Real Estate, serves on the Founders Council of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, serves on the board of The Archway of Tarrant County (formerly SafeHaven) and is active with the National Multi Housing Council.

Mr. Kile, his wife Lynnette, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Lillian, reside in Fort Worth.
