Dominic Pesare

Dominic Pesare is an Associate Investments with the Roti-Rodgers Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office. He focuses on supporting the acquisition and disposition of life science & healthcare real estate assets, providing brokerage and advisory services to owners and investors nationwide.

Dominic takes a relationship-first approach to business, believing that long-term success is built on trust, transparency, and consistent execution. He works closely with clients throughout each stage of the transaction, delivering thoughtful analysis and hands-on support to help achieve optimal outcomes.

Dominic attended the University of Missouri, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. During his time there, he served as President of the Real Estate Club and was actively involved in several other campus organizations. Outside of work, Dominic enjoys running, hunting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
