Devin Guilliams

Devin Guilliams is a specialist in office and industrial real estate, with a focused expertise in Florida’s central markets. He began his career supporting asset managers in the valuation of over $13.2 billion in commercial real estate nationwide, gaining deep insight into the fundamentals of market performance.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Devin has established himself as a results-driven advisor with a strong command of market trends, valuation strategies, and client advocacy. From January 2019 to present, he has closed more than $42 million in office and industrial transactions, delivering measurable value to his clients. In recognition of his performance, Devin was awarded the Senior's Choice Award in 2019.

Before entering real estate, Devin served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, completing two combat deployments to Iraq (2009–2010 and 2011). His leadership experience, discipline, and commitment to service continue to shape his professional approach today.

Devin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University, where he graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Army ROTC, and a Master of International Affairs with a focus in Finance and Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York.

He lives in South Tampa with his family and remains actively involved in his community through South Tampa Fellowship Church, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher and cart driver. An avid golfer, Devin maintains a 5 handicap.
