Davis Cagle

Davis Cagle, of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the North Dallas market. Mr. Cagle is efficient in market research and targeting the niche properties that make TAG Industrial an industry leader. Davis enjoys how every property presents different opportunities and challenges. His problem-solving skills, ability to articulate the benefits of the market, and evaluation of any given property, gives his clients an advantage. Mr. Cagle’s sole focus is the West Texas market, where he works to create a relationship with the many owners and investors in the area. This, combined with Marcus & Millichap’s platform that allows him to access capital from out-of-state investors, creates a greater opportunity to deliver best results for his clients.

Mr. Cagle became interested in commercial real estate while attending Southern Methodist University’s, Cox School of Business where he earned his BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate finance. He took college classes pertaining to real estate, joined the SMU Real Estate Club and attended extracurricular real estate seminars.

Mr. Cagle began his career as an analyst at TAG Industrial, where he gained insight into the real estate markets and how to underwrite industrial assets. As a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, Mr. Cagle participated in various charitable and fundraising events while in college. He spends his free time playing golf, snowboarding, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
