David Fersing

David R. Fersing is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office. Specializing in multifamily investment sales and residential land development properties, he advises property owners, developers and private investors on acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas.

With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fersing has completed more than 200 transactions totaling over $500 million in sales volume. His expertise centers on understanding both the unique characteristics of a property and the competitive dynamics of the market in which it operates. He helps clients position assets for sale, develop effective marketing strategies, and maximize value before bringing properties to market.

Fersing provides strategic guidance to multifamily owners and landowners by combining local market knowledge with a practical understanding of investor demand, pricing trends, and transaction execution. His client-focused approach is designed to help sellers make informed decisions and achieve successful outcomes across the DFW and North Texas markets.

He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Fersing studied Business Finance at the University of Oklahoma and completed his college career at The University of Texas at Arlington majoring in Business Finance with a Minor in Real Estate. He is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is a National Achievement Award (NAA) and Senior Investment Advisor (SIA).
