David Covarrubias

David joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 under Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Sales Intern Program and was promoted to Associate in 2014. With over eight years of experience in commercial real estate finance, David utilizes his real estate background to focus on multi-family investments throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire in the 1-10 million dollar asset value range.
A San Gabriel Valley native, David brings a knowledge of the surrounding areas and real estate finance to his clients. He has averaged 99% of the seller’s asking price during his career, and has also helped his clients structure over $100 million in real estate investment financing.
