Christopher Jackson is a commercial real estate broker specializing in manufactured housing properties throughout Tampa and the greater Florida market. As an associate with Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Jackson brings three years of investment advisory experience, delivering strategic solutions that maximize value for owners, investors, and developers of manufactured housing communities.

Mr. Jackson joined Marcus & Millichap through the firm’s Military Bridge to Brokerage program, an initiative that connects veterans’ leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills with a long-term career in commercial real estate. Leveraging a distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Mr. Jackson applies disciplined execution, leadership, and advanced problem-solving skills to every transaction. He is recognized for his ability to identify hidden opportunities, creatively structure deals, and guide clients through complex negotiations with precision. Originally from Anaheim, California, Mr. Jackson earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He is an active leader in the Tampa community, serving on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization supporting veteran mentorship and community development. Outside of his professional practice, Mr. Jackson is passionate about combat sports, motorcycling, strength training, and researching manufactured housing and land development trends across Florida and the Southeast.
