Casper Rooney is an Associate Director with The Wilmer & Danny Group at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office. Casper specializes in the nationwide marketing and sales of manufactured home communities, RV resorts, and campgrounds.
Mr. Rooney is a Santa Clarita native who graduated from Valencia High School. He then went on to study Political Science at UCLA. Shortly after college, Casper moved to Austin, TX where he found his passion for real estate. After two years of brokering commercial real estate transactions in Texas, he decided to come back home to southern California and join Marcus & Millichap. Casper is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results in the commercial real estate sector as he continues to thrive with the firm.
