Brandon Kramer

Brandon Kramer is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office. Specializing in office investment sales and industrial investment sales, he advises private investors, property owners and developers on acquisitions, dispositions and investment strategies across the Rocky Mountain region. As a member of the firm’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group, Kramer focuses on office buildings, flex properties, industrial assets, data centers and land investments throughout the Mountain West.

With more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience and a principal-minded perspective, Kramer helps clients navigate complex transactions through strategic analysis, market insight and disciplined negotiation. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, he has completed more than 170 transactions totaling over $1 billion in sales volume. His background in both real estate ownership and development allows him to evaluate opportunities from an investor’s perspective while helping clients maximize value and execute their investment objectives.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Kramer worked with KL Energy, where he was involved in project development, construction management and the brokerage and logistics of feedstock and finished products for ethanol production facilities nationwide. In addition to advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, he has owned and managed several hundred thousand square feet of commercial property, including historic office and multi-tenant flex assets.

Kramer is a past president of NAIOP Colorado and currently serves on its board of directors. He earned his degree from Colorado State University and remains actively engaged in the commercial real estate community throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
