Bradd Caplan is a Managing Director Investments, Auction Services, in Marcus & Millichap's Baltimore office, specializing in asset dispositions through an auction/accelerated marketing format. With more than 20 years of industry experience and over $2 billion in completed transactions, Bradd is recognized for executing complex dispositions and building long-term relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, and ownership groups.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Bradd was recognized as a top producer at Ten-X from 2017 through 2020, a CoStar President's Circle Top 20% Sales Producer from 2020 through 2024, and a CoStar President's Club Top 1% Sales Producer in 2025. He holds a B.S. in Business/Finance from Towson University, where he played Division I baseball.
