Bobby Zajonc

Bobby Zajonc is a San Diego native and a 2024 graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned a degree in Financial Services.

During his time in college, Bobby worked as an independent property manager, overseeing rental properties and coordinating renovation projects throughout San Diego County. By working closely with a range of contractors, he developed a strong, hands-on understanding of property ownership, including the operational demands, tenant turnovers, and execution of value-add strategies. Through this experience, Bobby has also built relationships with trusted, experienced contractors, allowing him to help property owners navigate the challenges that come with maintaining and improving their assets.

These early experiences gave Bobby a deeper understanding of the San Diego multifamily market and the ability to effectively communicate market insights to both investors and property owners.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Bobby has continued to strengthen his skills in client communication and representation. He is currently working alongside his senior partner, Tom McCartin, where he is focused on expanding his expertise and delivering value-driven advisory services to his clients.

Outside of the office, Bobby enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring the wide range of activities San Diego has to offer.
