Blake Hanlon

Blake Hanlon joined the firm in 2019 after nearly a decade in the banking industry. He specializes in multifamily housing in Wisconsin. He graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in finance and emphasis in real estate. In 2020, he received the Rookie of the Year Award from the Milwaukee Office. Blake was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022.

Since joining the firm, Blake has assisted many clients in the disposition and/or acquisition of properties. These transactions included Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges from multifamily properties to either larger multifamily or net-leased properties. He has brokered over 100 transactions totaling more than $125 million dollars.

Blake works hard and looks to treat every transaction with extreme care. One goal is to have each and every client feel as if they are Blake’s only client. He constantly strives to enhance or safeguard the assets of the client whether it is through a disposition or acquisition of investment real estate. The Peltin Hanlon Team accomplishes these goals through comprehensive research, while leveraging the finest advisory, financing, and transaction services at hand.

In his spare time, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife, young son and dog. He is an avid reader and loves a good round of golf.
