Benjamin Smith

Ben Smith is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap in Tampa, Florida, specializing in mobile homes, manufactured housing, and RV parks. He helps property owners, investors and 1031 exchange clients navigate the Tampa Bay market, advising on acquisitions, dispositions and overall investment strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Ben brings a unique perspective shaped by his background as a general contractor, developer and active real estate investor.

Ben has owned more than 120 properties over the course of his career, providing firsthand experience in value-add acquisitions and the operation of diversified portfolios of short- and long-term residential rentals. He regularly structures complex transactions and advises clients on 1031 exchanges, seller financing and self-directed IRA investments.
