Ben Kalter

Ben Kalter joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 with a specialized focus on Secondary Markets. With prior multifamily underwriting knowledge, Ben’s focus is providing clients with the most accurate and precise market data in order to build trust and advise clients to strategic investment decision making. This, along with teamwork and Marcus & Millichap’s investment sales platform, create a winning combination to bring value to all his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben served as a production analyst for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, a mortgage lending shop that focuses on multifamily affordable assets. In this role, he learned how to analyze and underwrite apartment pro formas as well as advise originators on the best rate and loan terms for their clients.

Ben moved to Dallas a few years after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Sewanee: The University of the South. During his tenure at Sewanee, he was on the golf team and was involved in outdoor community organizations such as fishing and wildlife management clubs. He is an avid sports fan who likes the San Antonio Spurs and following the PGA Tour. Ben currently resides in the uptown area of Dallas and loves to get outside, especially if he is on the golf course.
