Based out of the Memphis, Tennessee office, Beau Chambliss specializes in selling self-storage facilities located in secondary and tertiary markets in the Southeast.

Beau joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017 and is an active member of the national Self Storage Association's (SSA) Young Leaders Group. He has sold nearly twenty million dollars worth of self storage facilities and has cultivated relationships with a vast network of owners throughout the Southeast and investors from across the country.
