Austin Hall

Austin Hall is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Cincinnati office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private investors and apartment property owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Southwest Ohio and Kentucky.

Austin combines a disciplined sales process with targeted buyer outreach to create competitive bidding environments that help clients maximize value. His background includes 10 years in technical sales, giving him a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic negotiation and client service. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022, he has participated in more than $82 million in completed multifamily transactions, providing clients with market insight and transaction guidance tailored to their investment objectives.

Austin earned an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and his undergraduate degree from Centre College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 10 years and their two daughters, whether playing sports, hiking or traveling together. Based in Cincinnati, he also enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors and connecting with local business owners and investors.
