Arvin Gholamrezae

Arvin Gholamrezae is an associate based out of Marcus & Millichap's Baltimore office. He specializes in the sale of office, industrial, and flex properties, with a concentration in single-tenant net leased (STNL) industrial and medical office assets across the Mid-Atlantic region. Arvin has successfully completed nine transactions totaling $40 million in value since joining the firm in 2022. He is well connected with owners/operators, as well as REITs, active in both traditional multi-tenant and net lease investment sales.

Arvin is recognized as one of the top callers in the Mid-Atlantic, demonstrating his commitment to client success and strategic deal-making. He was named Rookie of the Year for the DC/Baltimore offices, and in 2023, he was awarded the region's Charlie Hustle Award, highlighting his dedication and drive in the field of commercial real estate. Arvin's background in leasing, property management, and sales gives him a well-rounded perspective that serves clients across both conventional and net lease transactions.

A Baltimore native, Arvin graduated from Towson University with a degree in International Business. He holds real estate licenses in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
