Andrew Chason, CCIM

Andrew is a first vice president of investments and associate director with the firm’s National Retail Group. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2007 in the firm's Birmingham office and in 2013 opened the firm's Mobile office. Andrew represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased retail properties throughout the southeast with a focus on the Gulf Coast. Andrew has cultivated and maintained long term relationships by providing honest and valuable investment advice. Andrew's clients include private investors, developers and owner operators.

Andrew is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves as executive director of Coastal Land Trust and board member of South Alabama Land Trust.

Andrew lives in Fairhope, Alabama with his wife Christy and their three girls.
