Adam Cohen

The top producing agent in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, Adam Cohen is a member of the firm’s National Retail and Net Leased Property divisions, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Adam specializes in helping clients who own or are looking to own multi-tenant retail properties throughout the Northeast, and net leased properties across the country. He brings decades of business experience to bear in providing advisory services to not only help clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment real estate, but also in developing strategies for maximizing the value and output of their commercial real estate investments over the duration of the ownership cycle. His attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills and demonstrated excellence in sales, marketing, negotiation and business strategy have made Adam a trusted advisor to private clients and professional investors alike.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Adam was the Vice President of Business Development for a $300 million consumer electronics company, where he negotiated complex business agreements with dozens of companies including Apple, Sony, Microsoft and Viacom.

Adam’s success on behalf of his clients has resulted in several awards and recognition both from within Marcus & Millichap and the industry, including the firm’s Rookie of the year and Rising Star awards, as well as Sales Recognition and National Achievement awards.
