Chris Gomes

Chris Gomes is an Executive Managing Director Investments with Marcus & Millichap's National Hospitality Group in the Dallas office. With more than 29 years of hospitality brokerage, advisory, operations, and commercial real estate experience, Mr. Gomes is one of the firm's most accomplished hospitality investment sales professionals. He has been instrumental in closing more than $3.5 billion in hospitality transactions across the United States.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Gomes has consistently ranked among the firm's top investment sales professionals nationwide. He has been recognized as Marcus & Millichap's No. 1 Hospitality Investment Sales Agent in 2012, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2025.

Mr. Gomes leads a team of 11 hospitality investment sales specialists located across key U.S. markets, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Detroit, and Denver. The team provides clients with national reach, market-specific expertise, and comprehensive advisory services throughout the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Gomes served as a Senior Consultant with PKF in Dubai, where he advised clients on the development of large-scale full-service hotels and resorts, as well as mixed-use real estate development projects. His international advisory and development experience, combined with decades of hospitality investment sales expertise, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of hotel ownership, operations, valuation, and investment strategy.
