Aren Ohanian

Aren Ohanian is an associate agent focused on retail properties out of the Downtown Los Angeles Marcus & Millichap office. Aren joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a team member of the Ovaness and Rostamian retail team where he focuses on high quality national single tenant product throughout the U.S.

Prior to being an associate agent Aren was a remote consultant and administrative assistant/analyst at SRS Real Estate Partners to a senior net lease agent and was in charge of database, marketing, assisting with existing deals, contracts and prospecting efficiencies. Aren also has strong analytical skills from his experience working as an analyst prior to being a remote consultant at SRS Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach as part of the National Net Lease Group where he underwrote over $75 million in net lease product.

Over the last seven years Aren has also aided his family with the expansion and asset management of nearly one million square feet of retail space.

Aren holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management with a concentration in finance and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from UC San Diego, Thurgood Marshall-International Studies - International Business. He is involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). Aren resides in Malibu, CA with his family and enjoys basketball, learning about new innovative companies as well as aiding in his families asset management company.
