Key Transit and Urban Corridors Anchor
Demand Growth, Help the Convergence of Capital

Infrastructure improvement pivotal in Denver’s tourism recovery. Following steady gains during the pandemic rebound, visitor demand has moderated, contributing to declines in revenue and occupancy over the past two years. Expansion at Denver International Airport continues, with the Great Hall modernization on track for completion next year and the Concourse C-West expansion approved in January 2026. Together, these projects further reinforce Denver’s position as a major domestic hub and support long-term growth in visitor numbers. At the urban core, light-rail modernization in the CBD and the continued transformation of the 16th Street corridor should enhance accessibility and improve the downtown visitor experience, supporting increased tourism demand.
