Investment Overview

Blue Mountain Building Stones operation is located in West Hanover
Township along the northern flanks of Blue Mountain. The bedrock in
the vicinity of the quarry operation is identified as Devonian Aged Hamilton
Group. The Hamilton Group is made up of two formations. These
formations, in descending stratigraphic order, are Mahantango and
Marcellus. When the formations are undifferentiated they are described
as the upper portion consisting of olive gray to medium olive gray
siltstone and shale interbedded with fine grained, medium dark gray
sandstone. The middle of the Group is characterized as light to medium
gray, medium to coarse grained sandstone and several conglomerate
beds. The bottom of the Group is usually medium dark gray, fine
grained sandstone and dark gray to black, fissile shale The unit has
been reported to be over 2,200 feet thick. Our observations of the rock
exposures during the field visit indicate that the production zone from
the existing open pits are representative of the middle portion of the
Group.
For this site, the northern limit for mineral extraction would begin along
the 660 MSL elevation on the north side of the property and 25 feet
from the western, eastern, and southern property boundaries In order
to meet PA DEP final reclamation slope requirements, a 35 slope would
be required Therefore, to quantify the in place mineral resources, this
slope is projected from the extraction limit into the calculated mineral
resource.
The total resource estimate constitute 3,158,087 Cubic Yards and/or
6,395,126 Tons which is located on 3.5 acres within the 69 acre parcel.
