Reliant Care Management is one of the largest nursing home and assisted living operators in Missouri with more than 30 housing facilities as well as numerous ancillary operations. Reliant Care Management was founded in 1997 and has grown to more than 2,500 residents and 4,000 employees. Reliant Care Management will be corporately guaranteed the lease at the parent level. The building was built in 2000, and has a longstanding history of successful operations. Reliant Care has occupied this building since 2014 and it serves as their main headquarters for all of their Midwest operations.
