Chris Garavaglia

Chris Garavaglia is a First Vice President & Director in the National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap, with a focus on Private Capital and Institutional Investment Property Sales. Chris specializes in the disposition and acquisition of Single and Multi-Tenant Retail investment properties throughout the United States. Chris, along with his partner, lead a team of highly qualified real estate professionals who are recognized nationally as a leading investment sales brokerage team. During his career, Chris and his team have participated in more than $1 Billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.

Chris provides best-in-class service by leveraging his widespread knowledge of the investment sales field along with his extensive database of buyer relationships which enable him to execute not only within his local market but on a regional and national level.

As a First Vice President with Marcus & Millichap, Chris’s investment property background spans single assets and multi-market portfolios for nearly every asset class with services including dispositions and acquisitions, property valuations and marketing, 1031 exchanges, debt origination, portfolio planning, equity placement, and market research.

Chris graduated from Quincy University with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Business Management, along with a Master of Business Administration degree. While attending Quincy University, Chris was a two-time All-American student-athlete, Academic All-American, and Captain of the Men’s Soccer Team.
