The property has frontage on I-45 which sees over 46,000 vehicles daily. Interstate 45, a major Interstate highway entirely located within the state of Texas. Two of the most recent developments include: • June 2024: groundbreaking on the $40 million IKO metals roofing plant which is expected to create 50 jobs in the city of Ennis. • September 2024: DataBank announces one of their most expansive projects in Ellis County which will include up to eight two-story data centers spanning 292 acres. The total investment is expected to be $600 million with phase one being completed in 2026.
