Situated directly behind Northcentral Technical College off of N 3rd Ave and W Campus drive. This 2018 built property consists of 66 units with a total of 200 beds with a healthy mix of (30) two-bed units, four three-bed units, and (32) four-bed units. Established in 1912, Northcentral Technical College or NTC now has a total enrollment of 5,939 and offers more than 190 different programs for students. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 11:1 and an impressive transfer-out rate of only eight percent, this thriving college offers students the ability to receive a higher education across its comprehensive range of programs. The top programs include Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, Dental Hygiene/Hygienist, and Psychiatric/Mental Health Services Technician. NTC is also an extremely affordable college with in-state tuition of $3,723 for the 2023 school year and 28 percent of the student’s receiving grants or scholarship aid with the average scholarship or grant award being $4,014. These technical schools are continuing to grow across the country with students getting the college experience at a fraction of the cost with over 400 transfer agreements with over 50 university of Wisconsin and private college partners. Timberwolf Suites Student Living is a privately-owned student apartment community that features fully furnished apartments, amenities including high speed internet and facilities such as study rooms and a fitness center. Apartments come fully furnished with a bed, desk and chair. 100 percent of the units have own bathrooms and all units have either a full kitchen while some have a kitchenette. The property has five different floor plans giving students’ flexibility in deciding how they would like to live on campus and washer and dyers on each floor. There is a reasonable monthly utility fee in addition to rent--this charge covers some of the costs for included services such as internet, water, sewer, trash, electric, heat and A/C.
