The Texas Rose RV Park is a 70-site property located in Beeville, Texas. The park sits on approximately 9 acres that are heavily treed. They operate on city water and septic sewer and all utilities are paid for by the park except electric, which is paid by the residents. Amenities include laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, dog park, convenience store (opened mid-May 2024), playground, horseshoes, and BBQ grills. Current ownership has spent $280,000 in park improvements. Beeville is the county seat of Bee County – a friendly and progressive community. The county features many new local businesses and a tremendous education system, including one of the region’s strongest community colleges, Coastal Bend College. Sitting just 55 miles North of Corpus Christi, 55 miles Southwest of Victoria, and 100 miles South of San Antonio, Bee County is well positioned to support those growing metropolitan areas, and benefit from their growth, as well.
