The Hampton Inn Belle Vernon constructed in 2007 has 70 interior corridor rooms and is approximately 35 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel is managed by an out of state hospitality company and just recently completed a $1.8 Million Hilton FYI PIP in end of 2022. Upon transfer, a new investor will receive a 15-year relicense from Hilton Worldwide with minimal PIP estimated around $300,000. The hotel is on pace to generate year end 2024 Room revenues close to $1.9 Million and currently has an in place Net operating income of $814,929.
