2626 Lacy Street is an approximately 90,000-square-foot creative industrial, office and production studio located in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles and is situated on 2.06 acres of Urban Innovation zoned land - (LAUI). This three building campus sits adjacent to Interstate 5 and the 110 Freeway junctions and across the street from the LA Metro Gold Line Lincoln/Cypress station. The Gold Line provides direct access to Union Station Downtown LA, East Los Angeles, and South Pasadena traveling North. This 1908 constructed building was the original home of Columbia Mills (formerly the Talbert-Whitmore Company) which upon completion was the largest factory west of Chicago to exclusively manufacture shade cloth and window shades.
