Marcus & Millichap Represents Family Life Ministries in Acquisition of Former San Antonio Educational Campus

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 5, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 103 W. Rampart Drive, a former educational campus in San Antonio, Texas, acquired by Family Life Ministries.
“This transaction involved helping the buyer sell its previous facility and identify a replacement property through a 1031 exchange,” said Eugenio Valladares, associate investments. “We evaluated several options before finding the property that best fit the buyer's needs. The specialized nature of the former educational campus also required careful due diligence and inspections, highlighting the importance of guiding clients through both sides of a transaction.”
Valladares, Adam Abushagur, Tyler Ranft and Ernesto Melgar Campos, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio, Austin and Dallas offices, represented the buyer, Family Life Ministries. The seller was represented by Durbin Commercial Real Estate.
Located at 103 W. Rampart Drive, the property was formerly operated as an educational campus by North East Independent School District (NEISD). Built in 1960, the property encompasses 4.78 acres and includes a 42,500-square-foot building. Family Life Ministries acquired the site as a replacement property following the sale of its previous facility.
