Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of $7.35M Industrial Property in Clearwater, Florida

CLEARWATER, Fla., Nov. 3, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Sunshine Industrial Center, a multi-tenant, small-bay warehouse in Clearwater, Florida. The asset sold for $7.35 million.
Douglas Mandel, James Defusto, Zach Levine and Cody Hershey of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, the Geneva Group, and procured the buyer, KW Partners.
The property spans 56,597 square feet on a 3.9-acre lot. Built in 1986, the two-story building features ten 12-foot, grade-level loading doors, two additional 12-foot dock-high doors and clear heights of approximately 16 feet. The property is split into 17 suites and has received over $460,000 in capital expenditures since 2017, including a new roof which is under warranty until 2037.
Located at 6399 142nd Ave. N., Sunshine Industrial Center has direct access to US Highway 19 and is close to the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport, State Road 60, Interstate 275, the Bayside Bridge and the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
