LAKEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 7, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the $6.55 million sale of Applewood Townhomes, a 12-unit multifamily property in Lakewood, Colorado.
“Applewood Townhomes was 100% occupied at the time of sale, and its new construction and three-bedroom townhome configuration made it a strong fit for the buyer's 1031 exchange,” said Matthew Berk, associate director investments.
Berk and Clayton Primm, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Denver office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Metro Venture Properties, a Colorado-based development company, and the buyer is a Southern California 1031 exchange investor.
Applewood Townhomes is located at 11611 W. 16th Ave. Recently built in 2024, the property comprises 12 three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes totaling 19,440 square feet. Each 1,620-square-foot residence includes an attached one-car garage and in-unit laundry.
