Marcus & Millichap Brokers $2.53M Sale of Starbucks in Middleburg Heights, Ohio

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio, Oct. 27, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 2,395-square-foot Starbucks property in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The property features a drive-thru and sold for $2.53 million, or $1,056.37 per square foot.
“Investor demand remains strong for well-performing locations occupied by established corporate tenants such as Starbucks,” said Michael Woolbright, senior managing director investments. “This property stood out for its strong customer traffic and sales performance, providing the buyer with an opportunity to acquire a recently constructed asset backed by an established national brand.”
Woolbright, in Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office, in association with Michael Glass, Marcus & Millichap’s Ohio broker of record, represented the buyer, a California-based family trust. The seller was a local Ohio developer. The transaction was completed with all cash.
Built in 2024, the property is located at 6780 Pearl Road and is situated on a 1.01-acre parcel. The property will continue operating as a Starbucks.
