Marcus & Millichap Appoints George Manousos to Lead Montréal Office

MONTRÉAL, Oct. 14, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that George Manousos has joined the firm as senior managing director, market leader of its Montréal office.

Manousos most recently served as senior vice president at Mile End Logistics. Previously, he was a vice president at Savills North America, where he helped establish the firm’s Montreal office. He began his commercial real estate career at DTZ and continued with the business through its transition to Cushman & Wakefield.

Manousos holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in accounting from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Fredericton.
