Marcus & Millichap Arranges $6.01M Sale of Mister Car Wash in Port Charlotte, Florida

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla., Oct. 13, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Mister Car Wash property in Port Charlotte, Florida. The property sold for $6,012,000.

Built in 2022, the Mister Car Wash property is situated on 1.47 acres at 12561 S. McCall Road. The property will be held long-term for cash flow purposes.
