CANTON, Mich., Oct. 8, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Canton Manor Apartments, an age 55 and older multifamily community in Canton, Michigan. The property sold for $3.8 million.

Futo and Chase Gilewski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Canada-based seller, and procured the buyer, a Michigan-based investor.
Canton Manor is situated on 1.10 acres at 2105 Sheldon Road. Built in 1997, the property features 55 units across 29,049 rentable square feet, as well as a resident lounge and fitness center. The buyer has begun renovating units and hallways with modern finishes to bring the community up to current standards.
