Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use Property in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, Sept. 3, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 417 Myrtle Ave., a multifamily and retail property in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood. The asset sold for $2.7 million.
"This is one of the most active blocks in Clinton Hill from a sales perspective," said Andrew Bronsteen of Marcus & Millichap in New York City. “417 Myrtle is the third property along this corridor we’ve closed this year and the eighth in the last 5 years. This particular transaction meant a lot to us as we represented a long-term client with which our relationships spanned two generations of ownership.”
Bronsteen and Shaun Riney of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the private buyer.
The four-story, 4,320-square-foot building sits on a 1,773-square-foot lot and was built in 1958. The property includes three two-bedroom apartments and one ground-floor commercial unit, occupied by Myrtle Town Deli & Grill.
