Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 70-Space RV Park in Silsbee, Texas

SILSBEE, Texas, Sept. 28, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 70-space asset Red Cloud RV Park.
“With a high number of spaces, all-concrete pads and city utilities, Red Cloud attracted interest from a wide range of buyers,” said David Tietz, associate director investments. “Despite there being dozens of RV parks in the Beaumont area, this is one of a small group in Hardin County, where people who work in Beaumont continue to look north to Silsbee and Lumberton for a quieter place to live.”
Tietz and Matt Wagner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the sellers, local private owners, and procured the buyer, a New York-based investor. Seller financing was provided as part of the transaction.
The property is located at 2351 U.S. Highway 96, about 20 miles north of Beaumont. The 5.7-acre property includes 67 concrete RV pads, three cabins, a clubhouse, swimming pool and on-site management office with living quarters. The buyer plans to implement updated reservation software and refresh the property's website.
