Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 2,300-Square-Foot Net-Leased Bank in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, Sept. 1, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 3230 W Camp Wisdom Rd., a 2,300 square-foot net leased bank in Dallas.
“The property received multiple offers and ultimately went to a best-and-final process,” said Steve Schechter, managing director investments. “We successfully positioned the buyer to secure the property despite not submitting the highest offer, as certainty of closing was a priority for the seller. The all-cash acquisition allowed the buyer to complete a 1031 exchange while acquiring a newly constructed asset in the Dallas market.”
Schechter, Brandon Michaels and Emin Gabrimassihi, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Encino office, in association with Tim Speck, Marcus & Millichap’s Texas broker of record, procured the buyer, DP Investments LP, a California limited partnership. The seller, 3662 Investors LP, a Texas limited partnership, developed the property.
Built in 2026, the 2,300-square-foot property is situated on a 0.63-acre parcel at 3230 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. in Dallas. As part of the transaction, the seller agreed to complete the processing of a new plat following the closing. Complex title matters were also resolved during the transaction with assistance from the buyer's counsel.
