Marcus & Millichap Arranges $7.25M Sale of Senior Housing Communities in Hillsdale and Coldwater, Michigan

HILLSDALE AND COLDWATER, Mich., Sept. 28, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Drews Place, a 100-bed, three campus senior housing portfolio located in Hillsdale and Coldwater, Michigan. The properties sold for $7.25 million.

Knapp, a senior housing investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, marketed the property on behalf of the local seller.
