Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Net-Leased Auto Shop Property in Grand Rapids, Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Sept. 14, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Christian Brothers Automotive, a 5,810-square-foot automotive service property located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The property sold for $3,235,000.
