Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 861-Unit Three-Property Self-Storage Portfolio in Wisconsin

UNION GROVE, Wis., Sept. 3, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a three-property Storage Authority portfolio located in Union Grove and Kansasville, Wisconsin.
“At approximately 133,000 net rentable square feet, the Storage Authority Portfolio represents one of the largest self-storage transactions in Wisconsin by net-rentable square feet so far in 2026,” said Jon Silvers, associate director investments. “Institutional-quality, larger-scale self-storage assets and portfolios continue to command premium pricing throughout Wisconsin and the broader Midwest.”
Silvers and Sean Delaney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local ownership group, and procured the buyer, a national real estate investment firm.
The portfolio consists of properties located at 19031 Spring St. in Union Grove, 20915 Durand Ave. in Union Grove and 22841 Durand Ave. in Kansasville. Together, the three facilities comprise 861 self-storage units totaling 133,200 square feet.
